Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Over the past few years after our little one was diagnosed with an egg, peanut and tree nut allergy we have experimented with quite a few recipes! We finally developed our favorite banana bread muffin recipe that even our biggest skeptics enjoy. We hope you enjoy it too!
